Damaged Items
Customers may request a return or exchange if the Super Sentimental Secret Theory product received is damaged or defective (reject).
Our Customer Service (CS) team will assist you with the exchange process by providing a return form for download. The terms for returns or exchanges due to defective items or incorrect sizing are as follows:
- Customers must contact Super Sentimental Secret Theory Customer Service by phone at 013-5557-709 to request an exchange. Our CS team will provide the return form for you to complete.
- Damage claims must be submitted within 1 × 24 hours (within 24 hours) of receiving the item. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Customers are not required to bear the return shipping cost for exchanges due to defective items. The shipping cost will be covered by Super Sentimental Secret Theory.
- The exchange will be processed only after the returned item has been received by Super Sentimental Secret Theory.
Shipping Errors
In the event of an incorrect shipment, customers must immediately contact Super Sentimental Secret Theory Customer Service at 013-5557-709 and provide the order number.
Once the returned package has been received from the customer, Super Sentimental Secret Theory will promptly send the correct item.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within 1 × 24 hours (within 24 hours) after placing your order via Customer Service or through our website.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will need to place a new order.
Important Notes
- To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, not dirty, and with the original hang tag still attached).
If we determine that the item has been used, soiled, or the hang tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. The item will be sent back to the customer. - Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Orders placed on Saturday after 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday starting at 09:00 AM.
