SSST accepts FREE returns or exchanges for products purchased through our official website, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Returns must be requested within a maximum of three (3) days after the customer receives the product.
- All product components, including hang tags, price tags, and other accessories, must remain intact. The product must be in new, unworn condition.
- Products can only be exchanged for the same item. Exchanges for different products are not allowed. If the requested size is sold out, the item cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the issue is not caused by SSST.
- Returns must be shipped via regular courier service; instant delivery services are not permitted.
- Returns will not be processed if the return form is not completed. The return form is included inside the product package.
- SSST is not responsible for any loss of products during the return shipping process.
- The exchange process takes a maximum of five (5) business days, calculated from the date the returned product is received by SSST.
- SSST reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the above terms and conditions are not fully met.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
| Reason | Description |
| Defective Item (Reject) | Customers may submit a claim to exchange the item for the same product within three (3) days of receiving the order. The item must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original components, including hang tags and price tags fully intact. |
| Not as Described / Not as Expected | The item received does not correspond with the size chart and size guide provided by SSST, or the color differs from the original order placed. |
| Incorrect Item Shipped | The item received is different from the product ordered (for example, pants were ordered but a t-shirt was received). |
RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1 – Meet the Terms & Conditions
Complete the return form included in your package with the required personal information.
Step 2 – Confirmation
Confirm your return request by contacting our Customer Service via WhatsApp.
Step 3 – Return the Product
Ship the product back to SSST.
Step 4 – Processing
SSST will process the exchange within a maximum of five (5) business days. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped back to the customer.
